Cod migas with garlic and basil

Ingredients
1 Mathias migas tray ready to cook 500gr
3 large garlic cloves
10-12 basil leaves
Juice of 1 lemon without seeds
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation

Defrost the product and remove the clear plastic packaging.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Add the sliced garlic and the basil leaves on the migas, squeeze the lemon and add olive oil to taste.

Place the tray in the oven and let it cook for 15 minutes (10min. if it is microwave), remove it from the oven and it’s ready!
