Cod loins with peppers and capers

Ingredients
1 Mathias loin tray ready to cook 500 gr
2 cloves of medium to large garlic
3 piquillo peppers in small strips
25 gr capers
¼ chopped white onion
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparations

Defrost the product and remove the clear plastic packaging.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Cut the capers into small pieces and add it on the loins. Add the piquillo peppers, sliced garlic and onion. Add oil to taste.

Place the tray in the oven and let it cook for 20 minutes (15min. if it is a microwave), remove it from the oven and that’s it!
