Cod migas with cream

Ingredients

1 Mathias migas tray ready to cook 500 gr


1/2 medium white onion, sliced


2 medium garlic cloves


1/2 pasilla chili, cut into small pieces (sedless)


3 bay leaves, chopped


1 pinch thyme


¼ white vinegar



250 gr sour cream

Preparation

Defrost the product and remove the clear plastic packaging.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Put the cream, onion, pasilla pepper, bay leaf, thyme, vinegar and the cream in a bowl. Mix the ingredients well.

Pour the cream mixture over the cod migas and add the garlic slices on top.

Place the tray in the oven and let it cook for 15 minutes (10min. if it i microwave), remove it from the oven and it’s ready to eat!
