Mathias loin tray ready to cook 500 gr


1 large salad tomato (guaje) cut into small cubes



1/2 medium red onion in small pieces


tablespoons pickled jalapeño pepper in pieces


2 bay leaves


1 pinch dried oregano


1 Avocado


Pickled jalapeño juice

Preparations

Defrost the product and remove the clear plastic packaging.

Preheat oven to 200C.

Place the tomatoes, onion, chilies, chopped bay leaves, oregano and pickled jalapeño juice on the loins.

Place the tray in the oven and let it cook for 20 minutes (15 min. if it is microwave), remove it from the oven and that's it!  Supplement with avocado slices.
